Zdravko Mamić se nalazi u Hercegovini, a u Hrvatskoj je u sredu osuđen na šest i po godina zatvora. Krivim za malverzacije u transferima Dejana Lovrena i Luke Modrića proglašeni su i Zdravkov brat, bivši reprezentativac, igrač i trener Dinama Zoran, te Damir Vrbanović.
Ova vest odjeknula je fudbalskom Evropom, sam Mamić je već održao konferenciju za štampu iz BIH… U ceo slučaj su uključeni i kapiten reprezentacije Luka Modrić, kao i štoper Liverpula Dejan Lovren. Njima preti suđenje za krivokletstvo, a o svemu ovome pričali smo sa stručnjacima.

Naši sagovornici su bili novinari Telesporta, Juraj Vrdoljak i Aleksandar Holiga. Ljudi koji godinama prate lik i delo Zdravka Mamića, koji su o njemu pisali za mnoge kako hrvatske, tako i svetske medije.
Sa nama su podelili svoja gledišta o suđenju, samom usponu Mamića, narednim koracima svih uključenih strana, budućnosti Dinama…
Očekujete li da se Zdravko Mamić vrati u Hrvatsku posle ove presude? On tvrdi da nije u begu.
Vrdoljak: Zdravko Mamić je otvoreno izjavio kako se ne namerava vraćati u državu do pravosnažnosti presude, tako da je samo potvrdio ono što je ionako bilo očito – da je iz nje pobegao kako bi izbegao trenutno pritvaranje.
MUNDIJAL 50: MIKI ARSENIJEVIĆ – PRVA FUDBALSKA ZVEZDA
Holiga: Ne očekujem da se svojevoljno vrati. A hoće li ga na to neko moći prisiliti, to je pitanje koje morate postaviti onima koji su pravno puno pozvaniji od mene da o tome pričaju.
Je li vas iznenadila presuda? U Srbiji se očekivalo da od toga neće biti ništa.
Vrdoljak: Očekivano je bilo da ga osude sudeći po toku suđenja; očekivao je to i sam Zdravko pošto su neki njegovi potezi jasno sugerisali da pokušava na sve načine skrenuti pažnju s novih detalja koji su izlazili kako je suđenje odmicalo.
Holiga: Nije me iznenadila presuda. Po Mamićevom ponašanju u poslednje vreme, a posebno po njegovom begu u Hercegovinu, bilo je jasno da i sam očekuje da ga osude.
Zašto baš sada, a ne ranije? Priče o malverzacijama nisu od juče, godinama se pojavljuju.
Vrdoljak: To pitanje je često postavljano, ali jednostavno je reč o političkoj volji. Zdravko Mamić je razvio snažnu vezu s pravosuđem, politikom i medijima, toliku da bi – pogotovo s obzirom na nestabilnu vlast u poslednjih nekoliko godina – “udar” na njega bila i snažna politička poruka, sa snažnim političkim implikacijama. Tek kada se istraga proširila van granica Hrvatske situacija je jednostavno postala neizdrživa, makar su stvari na koje je istraga ukazala bile interno poprilično poznate.
Holiga: Iako je posve jasno da je ono što je on godinama radio krivo u moralnom i gotovo svakom drugom smislu, da je godinama lagao i obmanjivao javnost, zakoni su takvi da nije lako dokazati je li to bilo i tehnički ilegalno ili nije. Za takvo nešto je, uostalom, bila potrebna i politička volja, a Mamićeva interesna mreža se proteže i preko politike i preko mnogih drugih sfera društva. No, nakon nekog vremena je postao pretežak uteg i svojim političkim pokroviteljima. Osim toga, od svega verovatno ni sad ne bi bilo ništa da se nisu umešale strane institucije i USKOK-u skrenule pažnju i dostavile dokaze.

Kako će ovo uticati na reprezentaciju, pogotovo na Modrića i Lovrena koji su direktno uključeni?
Vrdoljak: Fudbalski gledajući, reprezentacija živi s ovim teretom već godinama, a legalnost tvrdnji na koje su navijači – i dugo vremena samo oni – ukazivali će zasigurno samo dodatno podeliti stavove oko podrške ovim igračima na čelu s kapitenom Modrićem. S druge strane, igračima uključenima u slučaj predstoji i pravna borba kojom moraju izbeći osuđujuće presude za takođe nemalo kazneno delo što krivokletstvo sasvim sigurno jeste. Modrić je već uključen u poreske malverzacije u Španiji, tako da je ovo nova mrlja na njegovu personu.
FUDBAL UŽIVO: TROCIFREN BROJ MEČEVA U PONUDI!
Holiga: Na njih je to već uticalo, bez ikakve sumnje. Svima je jasno da su njih dvojica znali da rade nešto krivo i uzimaju novac koji im ne pripada (pa ga onda vraćaju Mamiću). Oni su svedoci u ovom slučaju – a da nisu svedoci, bili bi takođe optuženici, odnosno saučesnici. Njih čeka suđenje za krivokletstvo. O tome kako će se to odraziti na njihovu fudbalsku karijeru ili na učinak reprezentacije ne bih nagađao. Mislim da u tom timu ionako već postoje neke podele i klanovi, da ovo neće biti ništa novo.
Aleksandre, vi ste pisali o Andreju Kramariću, koji je ovde posebno zanimljiv, pošto je Robert Prosinečki pokušavao da ga dovede u Crvenu zvezdu. Kako je on, od tolikih igrača, jedini uspeo da “pobegne” Zdravku Mamiću i da krene drugim putem u karijeri?
Kramarić sigurno nije jedini, samo je igrač najvećeg profila, tj. ostvario je dosad najveću karijeru od takvih. Bilo ih je još, pogotovo među mladićima koji su vrlo rano, kao tinejdžeri, otišli iz Dinama. Volio bih verovati da nije potpisao s Mamićem zato jer je u njemu i njegovoj porodici bilo dovoljno čestitosti i poštenja da se suprotstavi, a verovatno i vere da u sebe, tj. da će svejedno uspeti i bez Mamićeve pomoći.
PREDSTAVLJAMO TIMOVE NA MUNDIJALU: HRVATSKA!
Kako je Mamić zapravo došao u Dinamo, koja je njegova pozadina? Nekako se stiče utisak da se odjednom pojavio i preuzeo klub niotkuda.
Vrdoljak: Zdravko je uključen u i oko kluba jako dugo vremena, još od predratnog razdoblja. Prvo kao sitni uličar i praktički preprodavač stiropora za stadionske stolice, koji je s vremenom postepeno kružio oko “pravih” ljudi i stekao status koji je kasnije u previranjima nakon smrti Franje Tuđmana iskoristio za sticanje uticaja u samom klubu. Vrlo je duga priča i vodi na stotinu strana, ali on je s ulice došao do glavnog negativca.

U Srbiji, kao i u BIH, mnogi priželjkuju Zdravka Mamića u svojim klubovima i jako je popularan. Deluje da u Hrvatskoj nasuprot tome čak ni navijači Dinama ne vole Zdravka Mamića. Šta je razlog tome, ipak je klubu doneo trofeje, prodavao je igrače za ogromne svote…
Vrdoljak: Problem kod te priče je taj što je on taj uspeh, kako klupski tako i poslovni doneo spregom malverzacija te monopolističkog i na kraju krajeva ilegalnog poslovanja. Nije to toliki podvig koliki se naizgled čini, jer je zapravo on najveću prepreku imao u postavljanju sistema koji mu je onda omogućavao da neometano razvije monopol na najbolje igrače, a njihovom prodajom stekne uslove za dodatno finansiranje tog pogona. Čim je počeo gubiti političku podršku, stvari su počele ozbiljno kopniti.
Holiga: Ljudi su idioti. I u Srbiji, i u BiH, i u Hrvatskoj, s tom razlikom da su u Hrvatskoj ipak bolje upućeni u lik i delo dotičnog gospodina pa ih je jako malo preostalo koji puše takve priče. Naravno da ga ne vole ni Dinamovi navijači jer je sebi i svojoj kliki prisvojio klub koji pripada svojim članovima i radio s njim što god je poželio. O tome kako je osvojio trofeje dalo bi se pričati, a jasno je i da ogromni dio tih “ogromnih svota” za koje su igrači prodavani nije ostao u klubu, nego je završio na Mamićevim računima. Dinamo je osvajao trofeje i prodavao igrače i pre Mamića, radiće to i posle njega.
Kako će sad Dinamo izgledati? Vi ste pisali na Telesportu o finansijama hrvatskih klubova i iz toga deluje da Dinamo nije u tako bajnoj situaciji kako se ovde misli.
Vrdoljak: Najbolje da baciš ponovno pogled na taj članak i još poneke o Dinamu, preširoko je to za ovakav format. Ali svakako da su tek razvojem situacije počele padati maske o “bogatašima punim ko brod”. Stvar je bila samo u tome da su u Dinamu i u tom segmentu prikrivali informacije o finansijskom stanju, što je takođe kršenje zakona.
Holiga: Pred Dinamom je dug i težak put tokom kog će klub morati biti postavljen na zdrave temelje. Nema to toliko veze ni s Mamićem, i s njim bi morao proći taj isti put jer način na koji je dosad poslovao je neodrživ i vodi u propast. Možete misliti šta god hoćete, ali ako imate čvrste brojke o poslovanju onda su vam neke stvari i jasnije.
Da li još negde postoji Zdravko Mamić? Ima li sličnih primera njemu ili je on na svetskom nivou jedinstvena pojava?
Vrdoljak: Sličnih tipova ima svuda, od Rumunije, Grčke pa sve do Engleske i Španije. Problem je taj što po mom mišljenju nigde takav lik nije dostigao apsolutnu moć nad čitavim fudbalom u jednoj državi kao što je to napravio Zdravko Mamić u Hrvatskoj.
Holiga: Nije stvar u jednom, dvojici ili desetorici Mamića. Stvar je u sistemu koji mu je omogućio uspon.
